Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

In addition you have to notify us about returning your purchase within 14 days after the delivery of your purchase by email to or a letter by post to OPROER VZW, Houtmarkt 29, 9300 Aalst, Belgium. Meanwhile you are responsible for your purchase to keep the products and the packaging in an appropriate and careful manner.

Further, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs to return goods will at the customer’s expense.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and flowers. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

– Gift cards

-Downloadable software products

– Audio and video recordings and/or software that have been openened

– Some health and personal care items

– Newspapers, magazines and books

– Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

– Customized products, tailored to the needs and wishes of the customer

– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a gift card will automatically be send to you by email. 


If you haven’t received your refund gift card yet, send us an email at and we’ll process your case to solve the matter.

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

OPROER VZW guarantees products meet the agreement, as stated on the site in the product description or product image. If not, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, notify us by an email to within 14 days after the delivery of your purchase and return your item to: OPROER VZW Houtmarkt 29, 9300 Aalst. 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved a gift card will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund gift card to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If a returned item is approved by us as defective or damaged and we offer an exchange for the same item, the shipping costs of the exchanged item will be on our account.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping one or more items with a total amount over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


OPROER VZW cannot be held liable for non-compliance with the refund policy due to force majeure. Meaning circumstances or strange rasons that reasonably ought not to happen like sickness, negligence by suppliers and/or manufactures of OPROER VZW, strikes, government measures, disruption of the Internet, electricity or programs and delays with our suppliers.
